1. How do I contact Fraser Coast Events?

   If you have an enquiry or feedback about Fraser Coast Events, then visit the contact us page to get in touch.

2. Can I list my event on Fraser Coast Events?

   Visit the Post an Event page to list your event on Fraser Coast Events. Its free!

   The Post an Event page will guide you through the listing process. As Fraser Coast Events is a highly visual platform, you will be asked to add at least one image for your event.

   When you post your event for approval, a member of the Fraser Coast Events team will review your new event and publish if acceptable.

   You can add as many free events to Fraser Coast Events as you wish.

   Before posting an event please search for your event first as we automatically source a large number of events.

   To post an event you must create an account on Fraser Coast Events and be signed in.

3. Can I Shortlist Events?

   Yes, you can easily shortlist events that you are interested in.

   Add an event to your shortlist by clicking on the heart icon next to the event. Click the icon again to remove it from your shortlist.

   You will be reminded by email two days before a shortlisted event occurs. To help you plan your event attendance shortlisted events are also added to your Shortlist Calendar, accessible from the user menu.

   View all events on your shortlist under My Account > My Shortlist.

   To shortlist events you must create an account on Fraser Coast Events and be signed in.

4. Can I be emailed about events I like?

   Yes, you can turn any event search into a daily, weekly or monthly email telling you of events you might like.

   Search for events by category, location or keyword on Fraser Coast Events and click the button Save Search As Alert. Create multiple event alerts as needed.

   By default you will receive event alerts with matching events each Thursday. You may change the day of the week, or even change how often you receive alerts to daily or monthly.

   To view, edit, or delete event alerts visit My Account > My Event Alerts.

   To create event alerts you must create an account on Fraser Coast Events and be signed in.

5. I forgot my password. What do I do?

   If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it at this link .

   You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. For your own security, we cannot reset your password over the phone or by email.

   If you know your current password and would like to change it, then you can do that via your Account Settings page.
